The Participant and/or their legal guardian hereby grants the Allegrija Foundation (the “Organiser”) the irrevocable right and permission to capture, use, reproduce, and publish the Participant's name, likeness, image, and voice in any photographs, video recordings, or other media, taken during the event. Such materials may be used, without compensation, for promotional, informational, or marketing purposes in any format or medium, including but not limited to television, websites, social media platforms, and printed materials. The Participant and/or their legal guardian further acknowledges and agrees that all event-related activities may be recorded by the Organiser and/or authorized third parties, and such recordings may be disseminated publicly to promote the event or the mission of the Allegrija Foundation. Additionally, the Participant and/or their legal guardian consents to the collection, processing, and storage of the Participant’s personal data by the Allegrija Foundation in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for purposes related to the organisation, documentation, and promotion of the event.
