Allegrija Foundation undertakes to provide, to the best of its abilities, a secure and supportive environment for all year-round activities facilitated by the Foundation for third-party individuals and/or their children (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).
The Participant fully acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks that may arise from the Participant’s involvement in any activities and related logistical arrangements organized by the Foundation. The Participant expressly consent to the participation with full awareness and acceptance of these risks.
The participant hereby AGREE TO RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Foundation’s organizing committee, affiliated organizations and partners, venue owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, operators, insurance providers, and all related representatives, directors, officers, and agents (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or liability, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Foundation’s activities—regardless of whether such claims are based on alleged negligence, breach of duty, or failure to meet any express or implied warranty by the Released Parties.
If the Participant is a minor, the legal parent(s) or guardian(s), affirm that they are entering into this agreement on the Participant’s behalf and agree that all terms herein are binding upon the minor Participant.
The Participant undertake to disclose any medical, psychological, educational, or other conditions relevant to the safety or support of the Participant. Such disclosures must be made on the registration form or communicated directly to the Foundation’s administrators and agree to update this information if changes arise after registration. This ensures the Foundation can provide appropriate care and support throughout the season.
Further certify that the Participant is in good physical and mental health, capable of participating in the activities as scheduled, and has no medical conditions or impairments that would place the Participant or others at risk.
In consideration for the Participant’s opportunity to engage in the Foundation’s activities, the Participant irrevocably release and waive any current or future claims against other participants, coaches, staff, volunteers, sub-contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and any associated individuals or entities for any injury (including death), loss, or damage that may occur, regardless of when, where, or how such incidents may arise.
