The site offers a notification service such as newsletters regarding but not limited to updates to information and/or services on the site. Notifications are sent via the email address provided by the user. We reserve the right to withdraw any user from the mailing list. From time to time, we may limit access to some parts of the site, or the entire site, to user/s for various reasons. The personal information you voluntary submit on our website when performing a purchase (Donation) will be stored according to the Data Protection Act. To allow payment, the website make use of third-party programs and/or applications. Any donation/ membership/ payment submitted online and/or through other means towards Allegrija Foundation is non-refundable.

Where the site contains links to sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the content and resources of those sites, and we accept no responsibility for them or for any damage that may be caused by your use of them.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Allegrija Foundation undertakes to provide, to the best of its abilities, a secure and supportive environment for all year-round activities facilitated by the Foundation for third-party individuals and/or their children (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).
The Participant fully acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks that may arise from the Participant’s involvement in any activities and related logistical arrangements organized by the Foundation. The Participant expressly consent to the participation with full awareness and acceptance of these risks.
The participant hereby AGREE TO RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Foundation’s organizing committee, affiliated organizations and partners, venue owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, operators, insurance providers, and all related representatives, directors, officers, and agents (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or liability, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Foundation’s activities—regardless of whether such claims are based on alleged negligence, breach of duty, or failure to meet any express or implied warranty by the Released Parties.
If the Participant is a minor, the legal parent(s) or guardian(s), affirm that they are entering into this agreement on the Participant’s behalf and agree that all terms herein are binding upon the minor Participant.
The Participant undertake to disclose any medical, psychological, educational, or other conditions relevant to the safety or support of the Participant. Such disclosures must be made on the registration form or communicated directly to the Foundation’s administrators and agree to update this information if changes arise after registration. This ensures the Foundation can provide appropriate care and support throughout the season.
Further certify that the Participant is in good physical and mental health, capable of participating in the activities as scheduled, and has no medical conditions or impairments that would place the Participant or others at risk.
In consideration for the Participant’s opportunity to engage in the Foundation’s activities, the Participant irrevocably release and waive any current or future claims against other participants, coaches, staff, volunteers, sub-contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and any associated individuals or entities for any injury (including death), loss, or damage that may occur, regardless of when, where, or how such incidents may arise.
Club RISE
The above Terms of Use still applies in addition of the following:
Definitions
- “Club” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Club RISE, its staff, volunteers, and representatives.
- “Member” / “You” / “Your” refers to the individual participating in club activities or their legal guardian if the participant is a minor.
- “Minor” means any participant under 18 years of age.
- “Parent/Guardian” means the legal adult responsible for a minor.
- “Activity” includes any event, session, workshop, or gathering organized by the club.
Membership Eligibility
- Membership is open to individuals aged 13 to 30 years.
- Minors (under 18) require written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Members must complete a registration form and agree to abide by all rules and regulations.
- Membership must be paid prior to the commencement of term.
- Membership is non-transferable and may be revoked for breach of these terms.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to:
- Show respect and inclusion toward all participants.
- Refrain from bullying, harassment, discrimination, or violence of any form.
- Respect the rules of each activity and follow instructions of club leaders.
- Maintain cleanliness and care of club property and equipment.
- Avoid bringing or using prohibited items, including weapons, drugs, or alcohol.
Attendance & Participation
- Attendance at activities must be confirmed in advance when requested.
- Members are encouraged to arrive on time and participate actively.
- Persistent disruptive behavior may lead to suspension or expulsion.
Health, Safety & Liability
- Parents/guardians must declare any medical or behavioral conditions, allergies, or learning needs at the time of registration.
- The Club is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from participation, even where proven to be due to gross negligence.
- Members are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Photography & Media Consent
- The Club may take photos/videos of members during events for promotional and archival purposes.
- By participating, the participant is giving consent to photos and of sharing of photos on social media, printed materials, etc…
- Consent can be withdrawn in writing at any time.
- Photos that were published in any means, before withdrawal of consent will not be removed.
Data Protection & Privacy
- The Club complies with the EU GDPR and local data protection laws.
- Personal data is collected only for purposes related to the club’s operations.
- Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
Fees and Payments
- Some activities may incur additional fees apart from the standard membership. These will be communicated clearly in advance.
- Payments must be made before participation, unless otherwise agreed.
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless cancelled by the Club.
Cancellation & Changes
- The Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any activity due to low participation, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, members will be informed in advance whenever possible.
Disciplinary Actions
- Breaches of the code of conduct or these terms may result in:
- Verbal or written warnings
- Temporary suspension from activities
- Permanent expulsion from the club
- Decisions will be made by the club leadership and/or Foundation Administration Board and communicated in writing.
Intellectual Property
- All materials shared during activities (e.g., worksheets, media, designs) remain the intellectual property of the Club, unless stated otherwise.
- Members may not copy, share, or reproduce club materials without written permission.
Third-Party Activities & Partners
- The Club may collaborate with other organizations. In such cases, third-party terms may also apply.
- Members are responsible for reviewing such terms when applicable.
Amendments
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice.
- Continued participation implies acceptance of any revised terms.
Acknowledgment
By registering or participating in activities organized by Club RISE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
